Mga higala! The soon-to-rise GAISANO CARMEN MALL, located at the corner of Vamenta Boulevard and J. Serina Street, Cagayan de Oro City, has revealed its rendered design.
As you can see above, when finished, Gaisano Carmen Mall will have 4 levels with a colorful exterior. And, according to leaked details, this mall will have a supermarket, department store, fast food outlets, a basement parking, and maybe even a cinema.
