06 Feb 60-year-old German National Found Dead in a Downtown Hotel in CDO
In a report from Manila Bulletin News, a 60-year-old German identified as Fisher Kaiser was found dead inside his room in a downtown hotel in Cagayan de Oro last February 3, 2017, Friday. The police disclosed that the German national has been staying in the said hotel room for almost 2 decades, and according to the hotel management, Kaiser has been paying P9,000 a month since 1999.
According to the police investigators, there was no sign that Kaiser was physically harmed and that there was no trace of a struggle inside his hotel room, adding that an autopsy is needed for them to be able to determine the real cause of Kaiser’s death.
A room boy at the hotel told the police that he was doing his regular house cleaning when he decided to open the German national’s room who had failed to come out for almost 2 days.
