Mga higala! A girl was recently spotted bathing on the fountain in front of a mall in Cagayan de Oro City!
In a video by Gemalyn Aque, the said individual can be seen enjoying the fountain’s waters while a security guard is reporting the incident via radio.
You can also see some students and mallgoers watching the peculiar scene.
