This excellence certificate is only given to restaurants that meet their excellence standards based on traveler and customer reviews. They are located near the main entrance of the Limketkai Center Mall.
Restaurant Damaso
This is another locally owned and conceptualized Asian-Fusion cuisine restaurant that opened at the corner of Pabayo and T. Chaves Streets. This neighborhood Parisian-industrial-minimalist concept diner has become popular with their deliciously unique menu lineup. Lately, they have added their new breakfast fares.
Their breakfast bestseller is the Chino’s Breakfast that consists of smoked chorizo, beef tapa, tomato salad, vegetable rice, and double fried eggs. Their other breakfast fares are also delicious and very filling to jumpstart that busy day or lazy weekend.

Not many know that this locally owned and grown Cagayanon restaurant and coffee shop actually made it to the Philippines’ Top 10 Promising Restaurants in 2010. Today, the place is still known for their delicious dishes, meal combinations, buffets, and they do make their share of whopping and killer coffee combinations. In fact, the place actually gets filled in the morning with students and professionals savoring their different breakfast meals. They’re one of the few places that serve free refillable coffee for breakfast. They are located at the corner of Don Apolinar Velez and Toribio Chavez Streets.
Chub’s Diner
This is a small mom-and-pop-neighborhood-diner nestled between buildings along Corrales Avenue in front of the Xavier University gymnasium. It’s a favorite actually for students and professionals from the nearby offices and banks.
They’ve been around since 2012 because not only do they serve really large meal servings, you can order their really tasty breakfast meals any time of the day. Just leave your belt outside as their door sign suggests.

The first franchise opened in CDO is at Limketkai Center while the second one is at Ayala Centrio Mall.

A breakfast place like McDo has to be mentioned since they serve their breakfast meals only until 11:00 a.m. They have a variety of garlic rice, pancake, and other varieties that include sausages, scrambled eggs, and other fillings for the pancakes.
They are also the only breakfast place in the city that serves really good hash browns. For all meals you get a choice of coffee, juice, or soda drink. Many swear that the McDonald’s brewed coffee is really tasty.

The sandwiches are mostly filled with Slers’ flagship ham slices that they have been known for. The meals are all paired with meat products that Slers has been famous for.
Army Navy
If you happen to be at the Ayala Centrio Mall in the morning and you’re sort of tired of all those fast food breakfasts, why not try this restaurant’s newest lineup of all-day breakfast meals made especially for the Filipino palate.
Since this place is more famous for its burgers and nacho meals, the breakfast meals haven’t really picked up yet in the city, but they’re very delicious, and you have a choice to pair them with coffee or their very famous tall tea drink.
Of course, you might have your own choice of a fast food place or restaurant that serves breakfast meals that we haven’t mentioned here, but do feel free to try out the above-mentioned if you haven’t yet. Have a hearty breakfast.
