23 May Gov. Emano to enforce smoking ban on Capitol Compound

After President Rodrigo Duterte officially signed the Executive Order 26 last May 16, 2017 which bans smoking in public places nationwide, MisOr Governor Yevgeny Emano wanted to ensure that the newly signed executive will be strictly implemented within the Capitol premises.
In an article from SunStar, the governor is set to issue his own memorandum about the execute order. This includes advising Capitol workers to avoid smoking around the Capitol compound and just like EO 26, there will be designated areas where in the workers are allowed to smoke.
Two smoking areas will be designated in the Capitol, (1) at the back and (2) is yet to be identified.
Penalties will also be given to Capitol employees who will be caught violating the no-smoking policy.
