05 Dec Governor Emano To Abide With Possible Extension Of Martial Law

Mga higala! Would you agree if the current MARTIAL LAW in Mindanao is extended? Or are you one of those who believe that it should be stopped?
Well, in regards to this, Misamis Oriental Governor Bambi Emano has not yet expressed any specific opinion, but he said that he will respect any decision from President Rodrigo Duterte and the Congress.
According to a report from Sunstar CDO, Governor Emano stated that he will obey whether the current martial law is extended or not. And, if the latter happens, they will find ways to retain the current checkpoints and tight security all over the province.
Moreover, Sunstar CDO added that the military and the police want to extend martial law, because the threat of terrorism still looms over Mindanao, and they also want to secure next year’s elections.
