07 Apr Governor Emano Signs Executive Order Mandating Wearing of Face Masks in Misamis Oriental
Last Monday, April 6, 2020, Governor Yevgeny “Bambi” Emano signed the Executive Order GYVBE No. 2020-010-A which makes the wearing of face masks in public places in Misamis Oriental mandatory.
This additional guideline serves as a precautionary measure to further prevent the spread of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).
Face masks, home-made or improvised, must be worn in all public areas which includes drug stores and privately-owned food establishments.
