Mga higala! Grab Philippines is now aiming to operate its GrabCar online car booking service in Cagayan de Oro City!
According to the CdeO City Council, this was discussed during Mayor Klarex Uy’s recent meeting with executives of the said company.
ICYDK, if given the chance, GrabCar may help ease the problems of many commuters in CDO.
This service may also contribute to the development of the tourism industry, especially in the Meetings, Incentives, Convention, and Exhibitions (MICE) sector, especially now that the city is aiming to strengthen its position as Mindanao’s convention destination.
In response to this, the City Council’s committee on public utilities, headed by Councilor Romeo Calizo, is now studying the benefits of the GrabCar service:
