Mga higala! Kindly share this post. A Grade 5 student at ST. JOHN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL was forcibly taken last Saturday, April 14, 2018, near Savemore Agora.
According to witnesses, the child, NEIL JUSTINE LACTAO ESPANIOLA, a resident of San Juan, Puntod Cagayan de Oro City was grabbed by a multi-cab vehicle that day and was never seen again by anyone.
