Mga higala! In a press conference today, April 16, City Administrator Teddy Sabuga-a announced the guidelines for the BARANGAY EXIT PASS in Cagayan de Oro!

Here are some below:

• 1 barangay exit pass per family only.
• The exit pass can be used by any family member (transferable), except for pregnant women, senior citizens, and those will illnesses.
• Those who will use the exit pass should always wear a face mask.
• The barangay exit pass cannot be used during curfew hours.
• All exit passes are FREE and will be given via a house-to-house distribution.
• The exit pass contains a barangay name, control number, RF code, and signatures of the concerned punong barangay and the city mayor.
