In a press briefing on Monday, the chief of the Economic Cluster of City Hall’s Emergency Operations Center (EOC)– Atty. Jose Edgardo Uy, said that the guidelines for businesses under Category IV will be issued sometime this week. Until then, these businesses will be allowed to operate at 50 percent capacity as part of complying with the mandated physical distancing.

The said category covers amusement and leisure businesses, including bars, gyms, massage parlors, spas, and videokes.

For business owners who think that the guidelines apply to their businesses, they can start to operate as long as they have informed the City Hall and that they comply with the issued guidelines.
