09 Jul Habal-habal Booking App Angkas, Now Accepting Biker Applications in CDO (with FREE Helmet & Equipment)
Mga higala! ANGKAS, the motorcycle (habal-habal) booking app is now accepting biker applicants in Cagayan de Oro City! Drivers can now visit them at the covered court of Barangay 40, Fernandez Extension St., near the City Health Office.

If interested, watch the video below and bring the following requirements:
– Original copy of NBI Clearance
– Original copy of Police or Brgy Clearance
– Photocopy of driver’s latest drivers license
– OR/CR that won’t expire for at least a month
– If the motorcycle’s OR/CR is not under the name of the applicant, kindly bring an authorization with a valid ID or Repo Sale or Deed of Sale or Certification.
After passing all ANGKAS requirements and accomplishing needed training, qualified bikers will be given the following items:
- Helmet
- Identification Card
- Rain Coat
- Shower Cap
- Face masks
