Mga higala! The Hapsay Sapa Team of Cagayan de Oro City, together with the help of the Office for Community Affairs, recently conducted clean-up and declogging operations at the Bitan-ag Creek, located along the Valenzuela Road in Brgy. Lapasan!
ICYDK, the congestion of garbage in this creek is one of the main causes of flooding in the area.
