28 Oct Deaths, Landslides, & More: Heavy Flooding In Cotabato City & Maguindanao Province
Mga higala! Heavy flooding has hit Cotabato City and Maguindanao Province, including several neighboring areas, due to heavy and continuous rains brought by Tropical Storm Paeng!
A lot of towns have been submerged, landslides have occurred, and at least 40 deaths have been recorded.
Various rescue works and related activities are now being conducted higala!
