Mga higala! A high school student was robbed by alleged “rugby boys” yesterday, July 25, near the intersection of Corrales Ave & J.R. Borja Street, in Cagayan de Oro City.
He was also punched by the suspects when he refused to give them money.
According to a post by netizen Maureen Cayetuna, she has witnessed several incidents like this in the area in the span of just 1 month.
She also expressed that police visibility should be increased at night since a lot of commuters and students wait for jeepneys there.
