10 Jan HMD Global Unveils Nokia 6, 1st Android-Powered Nokia Smartphone
Featuring a 5.5-inch screen with full HD resolution and 2.5D Gorilla Glass is HMD Global’s first Android-powered Nokia smartphone named Nokia 6. This new product from the said company which owns the right to produce Nokia-branded phones is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor with 4GB of RAM.
Nokia 6, compared from the Nokia phones the company unveiled December of last year, will come with the seventh iteration of Google’s operating system, the latest version of Android Nougat.
Other features include:

- 16-megapixel rear camera, 8-megapixel front camera with f/2.0 aperture
- Dual amplifiers with Dolby Atmos technology-powered audio
- Phase detection autofocus technology
- 3,000 mAh battery
- MicroSD support
To be exclusively available in China for 1.699 yuan (12,162.03) early of 2017, however, HMD Global has said that more Android Nokia phones will be out in the first half of 2017 and become available globally.
