Mga higala! An HONEST LABORER at the Bulua Fish Landing in Brgy. Bulua, Cagayan de Oro City, recently turned over a lost wallet with P33,900 cash to the police, and personally handed it to its owner!
The authorities praised the said laborer for doing the right thing despite experiencing difficulties during the current pandemic.
