26 Aug Hospital In Gingoog City Now Under Lockdown After 1 Doctor Tested Positive For COVID-19
Mga higala! The Lipunan Hospital in Gingoog City, Misamis Oriental has been placed under temporary lockdown after one of its visiting physicians tested positive for COVID-19!
According to their official statement, the said doctor was unknowingly exposed in Butuan City and tested positive for the coronavirus disease via a swab test. The results came out last Monday, August 24, 2020.
Lipunan Hospital then closed its premises and implemented infection control precautions, to prevent their hospital staff and patients from being exposed.
