Due to the fact that Seven Seas Waterpark and Resort is now one of the most famous destinations in Misamis Oriental, and that their location lacks the needed accommodations, they are now planning to build a hotel within the next two years as part of their development goals.
This was revealed in an interview by Katawa CDO Doodzkie with the owner, Engr. Elpie Paras (2:36).
According to Engr. Paras, they want to serve their guests better since 70% of them are not from Cagayan de Oro and are always experiencing the hassle of finding a place to stay after visiting the waterpark. Watch the full video below for more details:
