29 Nov P1.6M Worth of Illegal Drugs Confiscated from CDO and Iligan Destroyed!
Several varieties of illegal drugs worth over P1.6 million were burned down by the authorities in Iligan City on November 28, Monday.
According to a report from ABS-CBN, these drugs were confiscated during drug operations conducted in the areas of Iligan City and Cagayan de Oro City. The drugs were mostly shabu and marijuana that weighed over 497 grams.
Elements of Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) who were under the directive of Director General Isidro la Peña destroyed the said drugs by a kiln pyro-process.
