30 Apr LOOK: The Imbatug & Balangikog Falls Of Baungon, Bukidnon
Mga higala! For a simple yet scenic adventure that’s only around 1 hour away from Cagayan de Oro City, you should try the Imbatug and Balangikog Falls of Baungon, Bukidnon!
The said waterfalls are the ones that you can see at the Vista West Cafe view deck of Libona!
Both of these are located along the Bobonawan River and can be accessed through Lote, Brgy. Imbatug. To reach their location, you just need to conquer a fairly challenging trek.
HOW TO GET THERE?
- Ride in a Baungon van at the Carmen Public Market and tell the driver to drop you off at Kanto Lomboy, Lote, Imbatug. Fare is P50 and travel time is around 40 minutes.
- Turn left at “Kanto Lomboy” and hike for around 20 minutes or ride a motorcycle (5 minutes) to the jump-off point.
