16 Jul LOOK: The Inauguration Of Philippines’ Biggest Passenger Terminal Building In Cagayan de Oro City
Mga higala! The Philippines Ports Authority (PPA) has officially inaugurated their new Passenger Terminal Building (PTB), the biggest PTB in the whole country, located at the Cagayan de Oro Port.
According to a post by the Department of Transportation (DOTr), this new facility now strengthens the strategic position of the Cagayan de Oro Port as the “Global Gateway to Mindanao.”
The inauguration was led by DOTr Secretary Arthur Tugade and Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) General Manager Jay Santiago.
Misamis Oriental Gov. Yevgeny Emano, Cagayan de Oro City 2nd District Representative Maximo Rodriguez, Cagayan de Oro City Mayor Oscar Moreno, DOTr Undersecretary for Finance Garry De Guzman, Undersecretary for Aviation and Airports Manuel Antonio Tamayo, Undersecretary for Maritime Fernando Juan Perez, Undersecretary for Road Transport and Infrastructure Mark de Leon, Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) Chairman Martin Delgra III, LTFRB Board Member Antonio Gardiola Jr., and other local government officials participated in the event.
