Mga higala! Jeb Baclayon Bayawon, a former scavenger from one of the landfills in Cagayan de Oro City, is now a college degree holder despite the challenges he faced throughout his life.
With his utmost dedication and hard work, together with the help of Island Kids Philippines Foundation, Jeb Bayawon graduated this year with a degree of Bachelor of Secondary Education- Major in English at the Mindanao State University of Naawan, Misamis Oriental (MSU-Naawan).
