17 Aug LOOK: JR Borja General Hospital Finally Opens COVID-19 EREID Annex
Mga higala! The JR Borja General Hospital (JRBGH) of Cagayan de Oro City has finally opened its new COVID-19 Emerging and Re-Emerging Infectious Diseases (EREID) Enclosure Annex!
A blessing and opening ceremony for it was held yesterday, August 16, 2021, led by Mayor Oscar Moreno together with Dr. Ramon Moreno, the Chief of Hospital III and Medical Doctors & Staff of JRBGH.
This new enclosure facility can accommodate up to 16 COVID-19 patients who need proper isolation, monitoring, and additional medical care.
To augment this, 60 more beds will also be available soon in the hospital’s 3rd and 4th floor South Wing (Pimentel Building).
