Mga higala! Rufus Caesar C. Moneva of Cagayan de Oro City has recently received the “Hero of the Year” award from Gawad Filipino!
Moneva is one of the 100 selected Filipinos who received the prestigious recognition on the 15th Gawad Filipino Awards last December 27, 2020.
ICYDK, the Gawad Filipino Awards is an annual event/ceremony that aims to recognize the excellence of exceptional Filipino individuals through their passion and work ethics that greatly affect the Philippine culture, tradition, and society for humane innovations.
