01 Jun Kagay-anon Facebook user posts open letter to Martial Law critics

In light of the recent attacks not by the Maute rebel group but some social media users and protesters who are expressing their disapproval of the declaration of Martial Law of President Rodrigo Duterte to the whole island of Mindanao, a Mindanaoan Facebook user named Maia Villapañe, posted an open letter in response to those who are whining about the Martial Law.
Famous Filipino singer and actress, Lea Salonga, even reposted Villapañe’s post who grew up in Cagayan de Oro City that has long been a subject of criminal and terrorist scares over the years.
