Mga higala! With the Executive Order No. 049-2020 of Mayor Oscar Moreno, Cagayan de Oro City will be under COMMUNITY QUARANTINE, starting midnight today, March 19, 2020!
This is part of the city’s measures to protect its residents and prevent the spread of COVID-19.
