The said residency is a socialized housing project in the city dedicated to helping around 602 informal settler families (ISFs) affected by the Flood Risk Mitigation Project-Cagayan de Oro River (FRIMP-CDOR) or the “Mega Dike Project” funded by Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) through DPWH.
