Noel Samson, a 40 year-old carpenter and fisher from Barangay Sagua Banua in Valladolid, Negros Occidental, was praised for making his own jetski out of marine plywood, a secondhand engine, and pieces of wood while observing the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) that is being implemented in their area.

According to Mayor Bebot Miravalles, his creation will soon become a tourist attraction in their province as more clients are contacting him for the same home-made jetski.
