Mga higala! Since the entry of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic in the city, Kagay-anons have been limited from getting out of their houses as a part of the health and safety protocols set by the Department of Health and implemented by the city government. While there are still some who were able to continue doing their jobs, some ended up unemployed.
To remedy this situation and help as many as they can, the City Hall is now providing limited job openings to its departments.
The city government’s Human Resource and Management Office (HRMO) has since started doing online interviews with applicants for the screening stage. Done via Zoom, six batches of applicants.
