03 Nov LTO Urges CdeO Council to Regulate Motorized Sikad and Tri-cabs in the City

The Land Transportation Office (LTO)-Region 10 Office Regional Director, Oscar Salcedo, is urging the Cagayan de Oro City Council to regulate motorized sikad and tri-cabs running around the city.
In an article from Bombo Radyo Cagayan de Oro, Salcedo’s concern stemmed from the tendencies of the said types of vehicles to cause vehicular aberrations and accidents especially when they ply along the highway.
In support to this, Salcedo cited the death of a tri-cab driver yesterday, November 2, at Barangay Tablon when he crashed into a parked truck.
As of this writing, authorities are still looking for the truck driver who was being held responsible for the death of the tri-cab driver.
