The Macasandig-Balulang bridge is a two-lane bridge with a width of 7.32 meters carriageway and a length of 240 meters and composed of 2 abutments and 5 piers that support the bridge and a 1.11-meter sidewalk for the pedestrian.
This bridge is the 7th in the city that spans the Cagayan de Oro river and connects the two southern villages of Cagayan de Oro.
