06 Jul Malacañang Declares July 9 As Regular Holiday For Eid’l Adha
Mga higala! The Malacañang Palace has released a proclamation declaring July 9, 2022, Saturday, as a regular holiday, in observance of Eid’l Adha!
ICYDK, this is called the Feast of Sacrifice, as it “honors the willingness of Ibrahim to sacrifice his son Ismail as an act of obedience to Allah’s command”.
This is the second and biggest of the two main holidays celebrated by our Islam brothers and sisters.
