Mga higala! A 20-year-old man was shot and killed earlier today, June 26, along the Valenzuela St. of Barangay Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City, near Puregold.
The man was identified as Rodelio Baldo, a fish cage worker from Brgy. Gusa.

The police are now investigating a person-of-interest (POI) who may be responsible for the crime.
