Mga higala! After over 2 years, the Mary Rose Grand Carnival in Cagayan de Oro City is now finally open again!
ICYDK, this carnival is one of the city’s most famous attractions during its annual Higalaay Festival. However, it was not able to operate in the last few years due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
