Mga higala! The MARY ROSE GRAND CARNIVAL near Limketkai Mall is now officially open for Cagayan de Oro City’s Higalaay Festival 2019!

Kagay-anons and tourists alike can now experience and enjoy their exciting rides from 5:00 pm until 12:00 am with an entrance fee of P20.
