23 Jun Mass Gatherings Now Allowed In Colleges & Universities Under MGCQ
Mga higala! The government has decided to allow mass gatherings in higher educational institutions (HEIs) like colleges and universities, provided that they are in areas under Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ)!
This was announced by Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque last Saturday, June 20, 2020.
“Pinapayagan na ang mass gatherings sa higher educational institutions ngunit kailangan silang sumunod sa ilalim ng existing guidelines ng MGCQ,” said Roque.
However, safety and health protocols against COVID-19 must be followed and only 50% of a venue’s capacity must be occupied.
