27 Jul LOOK: Matampa Pines, The “Little Baguio” Of Salay, Misamis Oriental
Mga higala! If you wanna travel and have a relaxing day with your family or special someone, you should try visiting the MATAMPA PINES or the Matampa Pine Trees Park of Salay, Misamis Oriental!
This amazing destination boasts a scenic pine forest and calming cold weather, far away from the city. It is perfect for picnic trips, campings, etc. and is only around 2 hours away from Cagayan de Oro City.
They are supposed to be open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm every day and their entrance fee is only P30.00 for adults and P15.00 for children. They also offer overnight stays for P100 each.
However, please note that they are currently closed to the public, due to the risks of the COVID-19 pandemic.
