A certain Nago Balindong was arrested by authorities through a warrant of arrest issued by the government.
In an article from Bombo Radyo, Nago Balindong is among those included in the intelligence monitoring list of the police and is also believed to be the financing supporter of the Maute Group who were causing chaos in Marawi City.
Balindong was killed when he tried to escape the authorities during the arrest operation at his hideout in Barangay Jose Abad Santos, Malabang, Lanao del Sur where his wife, Noraya, has also been captured.
Balindong’s employees namely, Bocari, Camaloden Balindong and Tingaraan Boro-Boro were also arrested through anti-narcotics operations.
