Mga higala! In a recent talk with the Department of Education (DepEd), Mayor Klarex Uy shared his aim to establish a City College in Cagayan de Oro starting next year!
With this, Mayor Uy aims to help Kagay-anon parents and provide free college education to less fortunate students who want to finish their education.
