04 May Mayor Klarex Urges Public To Wear Face Masks
Mga higala! Mayor Klarex Uy is now urging Kagay-anons to wear face masks in public places, in order to prevent or avoid the spread of the COVID-19 virus!
During their flag-raising ceremony this week, Uy said that even though we currently have a lot fewer restrictions under DOH’s Alert Level 1 status, we should still do what we can to fight against the virus, like the observance of minimum public health standards (especially the wearing of face masks).
ICYDK, Cagayan de Oro experienced a surge in COVID-19 cases last March but has now since recovered.
