23 Jul Mayor Klarex Uy: Seguridad Sa Katawhan Pahugtan

Mga higala! Mayor Klarex Uy is now urging the city’s police force and other concerned agencies to improve the security (and safety) of Cagayan de Oro’s residents!
In a recent press release, Uy said that cops should enhance their visibility and patrol efforts all over the city, especially in entertainment districts and/or areas with a lot of civilians.
Operations against loose firearms should also be conducted.
“Kinahanglan maseguro nato ang seguridad sa katawhan sa syudad. Basi sa datos sa kapulisan, mi-ubos ang krimen, pero aduna usab mga high profile crimes. Busa akong gimanduan ang kapulisan nga dugangan ilang mga paningkamot.”
Mayor Uy then added that he will be strengthening the coordination between the city government, the Cagayan de Oro City Police Office (COCPO), and the Task Force Oro (4ID) of the Philippine Army.
