29 Jun Mayor Klarex Uy To Launch Medical Scholarship Program In CDO
Mga higala! During his inaugural speech last Sunday, June 26, 2022, incoming Mayor Klarex Uy disclosed that he will be launching a Medical Scholarship Program in Cagayan de Oro City by 2023!
Prior to this, Uy said that he has already talked with Councilor Suzette Magtajas-Daba, the chairperson of the City Council’s education committee, and that he will also aim to increase the number of city scholars, from 7,000 to over 8,000 (or even 10,000), before the end of his first 3-year term as CDO’s local chief executive.
