Mga higala! Mayor Oscar Moreno recently congratulated 2 Philippine National Police Academy (PNPA) graduates from Cagayan de Oro City who are part of Hinirang Class 2021!
The said graduates–Police Lieutenant (PLT.) Mubarak G. Dimakuta and Romeo A. Tangcawan Jr., made a courtesy call to Mayor Moreno last Friday, April 30, 2021, at the City Hall.
