Mga higala! Cagayan de Oro Mayor Oscar Moreno will be coordinating with the provincial gov’t and Governor Bambi Emano to implement a Joint-Community Quarantine in the whole area of Misamis Oriental!
This is said to be due to the 2 recent deaths of patients with Severe Respiratory Illness (secondary to COVID-19) in the Northern Mindanao Medical Center (NMMC).
