Cagayan de Oro City Mayor Oscar Moreno through the City Engineering Office starts the construction of the new road connecting Barangays Patag and Carmen. The road that will connect the two barangays will pass through Oro Village to reach Brgy. Patag from Brgy. Carmen.
The project is an effort of the city government of Cagayan de Oro to open more roads to connect different barangays in the city.
