25 Jul Mentally-unstable man killed his own daughter in Bukidnon

In an article from Radio Mindanao Network (RMN), a mentally-unstable man ran amok and killed his own 1-year-old daughter in an area near Bukidnon National High School area in Malaybalay City, Bukidnon yesterday, July 24.
The father of the child was identified as a certain Gemmuel Dongo hailing from Brgy. Kibalabag in Malaybalay City. His mental illness was suspectedly triggered when he suddenly climbed atop the waiting shed and jumped off carrying his daughter, landed on a concrete pavement and severely injured the child’s head area.
The child was immediately rushed to the nearest hospital but passed away after a few moments.
Dongo is currently held in police custody and will be facing criminal charges.
