31 Oct Mindanao to Experience Light to Moderate Rains During Cemetery Visits
For October 31 until November 2, Visayas, Mindanao, and the province of Palawan are expected to experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rains and thunderstorms.
According to PAGASA, one to three tropical cyclones may enter or affect the Philippine area of responsibility in the coming month of November. And the temperature may come at an average as the northeast monsoon is expected to set in soon.
In October, sea surface temperatures over the Pacific Ocean were observed to have reached “borderline” La Niña levels which indicate a looming La Niña occurrence by December to February. However, PAGASA noted that most global climate models suggested either neutral, and is neither La Niña nor El Niño, or borderline La Niña to occur until February of 2017.
