21 Sep Minors Found Drinking Inside BAR Near School @ Carmen: Should CDO Require ID’s In All Drinking Establishments?
Mga higala! 2 MINORS identified as senior high school students were caught drinking inside a BAR near a school in Barangay Carmen, during an inspection by the Regulatory and Complaint Board (RCB) of Cagayan de Oro City.
The 2 minors were approached and questioned by the Inspectorate Team of RCB.
One of the senior high school students was not able to present a proper ID to establish her age, while the other presented her school ID which she alleged reflected a wrong birthdate, and showed that she will only turn 18 on September 25.
School officials have been coordinated in order to verify their identities and a Notice of Inspection Findings have been issued to the drinking establishment.
