16 Jan 4 Minors Taken into Custody as curfew in CDO intensifies

Barangay police officers arrested 4 minors who were caught playing computer games during curfew hours at Barangay Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City on January 11, Wednesday night.
According to a report from Sun.Star Superbalita, three minors identified as Kirt John, Raymond ug Jane Heart were first arrested at an internet cafe located at Lapaz 1, Lapasan. In another incident, a minor named Jay-Ar was also arrested inside a hotel, where the internet cafe is located, when he was also caught playing computer games at Gaabucayan Street, Agora, Lapasan.
Based on the recorded reports, barangay tanods were still intense with their curfew ordinances as they are still conducting patrols in the said area.
The arrested minors were brought to the police headquarters.
It has been observed that this curfew ordinance for minors was implemented last year, 2016 to prevent them from dangers and crimes which are mostly committed at night.
